Women’s Ministry

We believe both men and women will be used mightily to accomplish God’s redemptive purposes by building up Christ’s church and reaching the nations for Christ. Our aim is to develop women to use their God-given gifts and train them to serve the church, their families, and the community.

We aim to equip women through the following avenues:

Women’s Bible Study

Women’s Bible Study meets once a month during the school year, with the aim of teaching women the truths of Scripture and developing deep relationships rooted in Christ. This year the ladies are studying the book of 1 Thessalonians together. The meetings will take place at church from 7:00pm-8:30pm on the SECOND Thursday of each month, from September to May.

2024-2025 Schedule

  • September 12th — Introduction

  • October 10th — 1 Thessalonians 1:1-10

  • November 14th — 1 Thessalonians 2:1-20

  • December 12th — 1 Thessalonians 3:1-13

  • January 9th — 1 Thessalonians 4:1-12

  • February 13th — 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

  • March 13th — 1 Thessalonians 5:1-11

  • April 10th — 1 Thessalonians 5:12-28

  • May 8th — Review and reflection

One-On-One Discipleship

Ministry is first and foremost people work. That’s why most of the ministry the church does isn’t through programs but through biblical relationships that aim to help others follow Jesus. If you are interested in being discipled, whether through a formal process like Equipping Matters, or informally as you study Scripture with another believer, contact us so we can help you plug in.

Women’s Book Studies

Most summers and at various times throughout the year the women of Grace Rancho will read a helpful Christian book together and then meet to discuss it.

Summer 2025

This summer, we’re coming together to read some great books and enjoy meaningful fellowship and discussion around each one! You're welcome to join us for as many gatherings as you'd like, just let us know which ones you plan to attend! Please click here to sign up and for more details about each book. Also included on the sign up is to read What is the Gospel? with another lady in the church. Whether you are new to Grace Rancho or just have never read the book before this is a wonderful way to spend time getting to know another lady in the church and joy in the gospel together.
